Hydrodynamics is an applied geological engineering research firm formed in 1997. Hydrodynamics specializes in the application of advanced subsurface geological characterization technology to solve complex groundwater supply and fluid/petroleum storage problems. At Hydrodynamics, we tailor our team approach to our clients’ unique projects. Clients will be working directly with team members who have owned geological consulting and drilling firms, managed technical divisions within major engineering firms, and supervised research groups with government agencies for over 35 years.
Principal Michael King R.G., C.E.G., CHG. offers a strong project management structure backed by his hands-on project and field geology experience. Our team members, Dr. John Jansen and Dr. George Moridis, have worked with Hydrodynamics for over 22 years. Our team utilizes a goals-oriented approach to each project. Our expertise includes specifying how water, natural gas, air, hydrogen, and nuclear isotopes move through geological strata. This expertise is vital for successful groundwater and energy storage development projects.
